College, Career & Counseling Support at IDEA

Mentor Support

Each freshman is paired with a mentor who will support them throughout their entire high school journey. Wednesdays are reserved for Mentor Group, giving students the chance to meet with their mentors in person if needed. Mentors assist students in selecting courses, navigating the High School & Beyond Plan, securing internships, and much more. They also meet with families and students during conferences. Students can reach out to their Mentor at any time to ask questions or seek guidance.

Students can reach out to their humanities instructor for assistance with personal/professional essays.
